Refund, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email us at abinifashions@gmail.com within 2 days upon receiving the products, with details of the product and the defect. 

As quality control measurement from our end, we perform thorough checks on the product before being shipped out to ensure the best quality. 

If the defect is confirmed to be on retailer side, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 working days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement based on the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Please take note, pictures shown in the website are for illustration purpose. Actual product may vary slightly, such as minor color differences. 

Once order has been placed, no cancellation can be made.
